1. Scope of Services

SPACE-M Design Studio offers end-to-end interior design solutions, including but not limited to: Modular Kitchen Design & Installation 2BHK / 3BHK Residential Interior Solutions Living Room & Bedroom Designs Office Interior Design & Commercial Fit-Outs We provide design consultation, material sourcing, modular installations, space planning, and on-site delivery through a structured workflow tailored to each project.


2. Project Delivery Models
We follow clear, phased delivery models for maximum transparency and efficiency:
a. Consultation & Design Planning Initial consultation (in-person, WhatsApp, or video call)
Site analysis and requirement gathering
Mood boards, 2D/3D renders, and design proposals
b. Quotation & Agreement Detailed quotation with itemized pricing
Final design confirmation and agreement signing Advance payment to initiate the project
c. Execution & Delivery Modular factory production (where applicable) On-site execution for civil, electrical, and installation work Final walkthrough and client approval
d. Handover & Support Cleaning and staging of completed space Warranty on modular installations Post-delivery service support


3. Payment Terms 40% Advance payment on booking confirmation 40% Payment on design finalization and work commencement 20% Final payment on project completion before handover Delays in payment may result in a temporary suspension of the project timeline. No refunds will be processed once manufacturing or execution has begun.


4. All client instructions, design approvals, and critical updates will be documented through email or WhatsApp for traceability and reference.


6. Intellectual Property All design plans, 3D renders, mood boards, and concepts shared by SPACE-M Design Studio remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for and completed. Unauthorized use or sharing of these assets without permission is prohibited.


7. Project Changes and Modifications Minor revisions (up to 2 iterations) are included post initial design Major design overhauls after approval will be charged additionally Site changes during execution phase may affect cost and timelines


8. Force Majeure SPACE-M Design Studio is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill commitments due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control.


9. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation before design approval: 50% refund of advance paid Cancellation after design approval but before production: No refund Once production or on-site work begins: Project is non-refundable
